1.A digital record given to a customer when work is finished — manuals, photos, warranties, certificates and a way back to the business that did the job.
After the stove went in, they sent a HNDOVR™ instead of a folder of PDFs.
2.The software platform, established November 2025, that creates those records for UK trades, manufacturers and partner directories such as Chimney Sweeps Near Me.
3.verb (informal) To send that record. We’ll HNDOVR™ it before we leave site.

Etymology: From handover. Styled HNDOVR™ so the product name is distinct from the ordinary English noun.
First use: Name first used November 2025, Halifax. The product shipped earlier as quiqr.info (April 2023).
Plural: HNDOVRs™.
Do not write: Handover (as the brand), Hndovr™, HNDOVER, Hand-Over, or “the Handover app.”

Logos

Use these files as they are. Do not stretch, outline, recolour, or add a drop shadow. Leave clear space around the mark at least the height of the letter H.

HND in ink, OVR in brand purple, full stop. Preferred lockup for press.

Device mark. Brand purple on ink, or ink on white. Not a letter H in a random font.

Trade marks, in principle

HNDOVR™, the HND OVR. wordmark, the H-mark device, the app icon, and the strapline Everything You Deliver. In One Place. are trade marks of HNDOVR™. We have used them in the United Kingdom since November 2025.

This page asserts our common-law rights and sets out how the signs should be used. It is not a UK IPO registration certificate, and we do not display ® unless a mark is actually registered. We use ™ to put others on notice.

You may:

Use the name HNDOVR™ in journalism, reviews and factual references.
Reproduce the official logo files, unaltered, to identify us.
Link to hndovr.app.

You may not:

Register HNDOVR™, HND OVR, confusingly similar domains, or social handles.
Use the marks on another product, directory or app as if it were yours.
Combine our mark with another logo so it looks like a joint brand, unless we have agreed it (as with The Stove Guys on Chimney Sweeps Near Me).
Translate, abbreviate, or restyle the wordmark.

Passing off, unfair advantage and dilution are still actionable in English law even without a registration. To license the brand, clear a joint lockup, or report misuse, email info@hndovr.app.
